Westside Housing now has an opportunity for a new Development Manager. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and the leadership team with a focus on driving the expansion of Westside Housing's property portfolio for the benefit of the community. The Development Manager is primarily responsible for enhancing Westside Housing's capabilities by creating and implementing a rolling five-year property plan, developing and executing a renewal plan for existing properties, while strengthening internal capacity for business development, including evaluating and responding to new opportunities.
  
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate significant experience successfully managing multiple residential building projects, along with having a sound understanding of the development and construction industry. You will be a confident leader, communicator and negotiator, with project management skills, analytical mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  
Relevant tertiary level qualifications in a construction or property related field such as Construction Management, Property Development, Project Management, Business Management or extensive experience in a similar role is essential.
