About the role
To be responsible for the successful overall management, customer service of Riverside, Fairways and Mt Gambier Retirement Villages. To provide a high level of client satisfaction in all areas including facilities, community and hospitality requirements that meet Southern Cross Care’s expectations as governed by the Retirement Village Act.
To promote healthy ageing and early identification of decline, providing health information for improved self-efficacy and making referrals to enable access to services that support continued independence for residents of each community.
Liaising with the Village & Cafe Operations Manager - Retirement Living, you will ensure that policies, procedures and documentation comply with current legislation, Southern Cross Care’s internal standards, benchmarked industry standards and minimum standards as governed by the Retirement Villages Act. The reporting of budget performance and site issues, actions and improvements is also pivotal to the role.

About you
You'll possess strengths in customer service management, leadership skills, business planning and the ability to meet budget requirements and achieve or exceed financial targets. Demonstrated experience in retirement living or property management will ensure your success in this role.
